Originally designed for the automotive industry, this product is now flexible and versatile to suit medium-low production volumes too. It enables manufacturing top-notch fabric covers for interiors reinforced with polyester fibre 100 (mapet). Moulding by thermocompression and cutting by CNC water-jet systems ensure utmost accuracy and flexibility at the same time. . The polyester fibre carries out a sound-absorbing function and can be further complemented with specific materials supplied by our company, such as mapfoam and soundfil of various thickness and grams.
