Countless tests been carried out in our laboratory of applied acoustics have led to the definition of specific products, single or multilayer, obtained by the mixture of ecologically sustainable and recyclable materials as plastic masses and/or non-decaying textile fibres of last generation in order to improve sensitively the acoustic performances of the generator.

The range of products is completed by a series of fabrics, technical and thermal insulating fibre glass based, such as HT and Silica, ecologically safe and recyclable, studied to control the middle-high temperatures.
The range of products is completed by a constrained sound deadening layer in laminated sheets bound quite thin and light, with high damping vibration performance, and a series of thermal insulators in fibre glass type E, HT and in Silica, ecologically safe and recyclable, studied to control middle-high temperatures.

Furthermore, wishing to offer its customers a better and fully accurate service, Map S.p.A. is able to realize finished components because provided with machineries for hot thermocompression, water jet fittings and die cutter presses.
